FRANCESVILLE FALL FESTIVAL

SEPTEMBER 19, 20, 21, 2008

The thirty-seventh annual FRANCESVILLE FALL FESTIVAL will be held in downtown FRANCESVILLE (on the streets). We have a full schedule of free entertainment during the Festival. We advertise in all the surrounding communities and are listed in the Indiana Festival and Travel Guide.

Exhibits are open to all artists, craftsmen, flea markets, and trade booths. All general rules apply to this Festival.

Booth spaces are 10’ deep by 20’ wide, outdoors with improved electric facilities. Spaces are reserved upon receipt of reservation fee on a first come/first served basis. Each 10 x 20 space is $30 for all three days.($30.00 refundable deposit required) WE ENCOURAGE ALL BOOTHS TO STAY ALL WEEKEND. Electrical hook-up is $15 for 110V, $25 for 220V. Please indicate if you need more than 15 amp. Bring your own electrical extension cords. ALL FOOD SALES pay 10% of total sales. FOOD BOOTHS requires a $25 deposit (only) with reservation, deposit will be applied toward the 10% gross at close of Festival. Pulaski County requires a food permit from the County Health Office. Food Booths please pay at information booth at close of Festival.

ENTRY DEADLINE: September 12, 2008.  Additional $10 fee for late registration.                           

Our booths are measured exactly 10’ X 20’ to fit out streets, if your booth does not fit into this size, we can make special arrangements, but this must be done at the time of reservation. No cancellation refunds after September 12, 2008.

HOLD HARMLESS CONTRACT AGREEMENT

I assume responsibility for my own exhibit and agree to relieve the FRANCESVILLE FALL FESTIVAL, INC., THE FESTIVAL COMMITTEE AND THE TOWN OF FRANCESVILLE of liability for any damages beyond due care, including claims for loss, damage, or injury. I understand I am responsible for insurance on my merchandise and equipment at my own expense. I understand this is to include public liability. I agree to abide by the General Rules set forth and assume responsibility for installing my booth.
