Trophies will be awarded for “FIRST PLACE” in the following categories:

JUDGE'S CHOICE FESTIVAL GRAND CHAMPION

In order for our parade to run smoothly, we must have an entry form for each unit. Information to be read by the Parade Master of Ceremonies must be received by the Parade Committee by September 08, 2008. Late entries will be placed at the end of the parade line-up.

The parade will form in the FRATCO LOT (North of Park)(North Bill St.) before 1:00 P.M. EST. Judging for the above listed awards will be held at 1:00 P.M. (All entries must be in place at this time to be judged.) MARCHING UNITS WILL BE JUDGED FROM THE VIEWING STAND. ALL BANDS WILL RECEIVE EXPENSE MONEY IN LIEU OF AWARDS.

I assume responsibility for my own entry and agree to relieve, THE FRANCESVILLE FALL FESTIVAL and the Town of Francesville, of any damages and all liability to or caused by my entry, including claims for loss, damage or injury. Individuals or units wishing to insure their entry agree to do so at their own expense. This includes liability. I agree by the general rules set forth and assume complete responsibility for handling my entry.
